Mark Carney, the former head of the UK and Canada central banks, was sworn in as Canada's 24th Prime Minister. The 59-year-old was sworn in at a ceremony at Rideau Hall in Ottawa on Friday after Justin Trudeau announced his resignation in January. Speaking to Sky News Australia, political commentator Keith Baldrey discussed who the 59-year-old is and how he went from Britain's former top banker to Canada's prime minister.
