Who made the New Year Honours list?

Actor Stephen Fry, Team GB athlete Keely Hodgkinson and former England manager Gareth Southgate are among those recognised in the New Year Honours. Sir Stephen, 67, was knighted for services to mental health awareness, the environment and to charity. Hodgkinson was made an MBE - she was made BBC Sports Personality of the Year for her achievements in the Olympics, while Sir Gareth was knighted for services to association football, after leading the Three Lions to the finals of Euro 2020 and 2024, and the semi-final of the 2018 World Cup.
