Sky News host James Macpherson says the “real question” about why Queensland Premier Steven Miles acquired a hotel for social housing is “why are so many people homeless” in the state. The Queensland Government has acquired a hotel in South Brisbane, which is to be transformed into over 50 homes for people in need. The acquisition provides 20 two-bedroom units and 32 studio units. “I would not want to play Monopoly with Steven Miles because he is collecting hotels like it is nobody’s business,” Mr Macpherson said. “The real question is why are so many people homeless in Queensland.”
