Why are water bills set for a hike? Sky's Paul Kelso explains

This week the water regulator will issue its final verdict on how much water companies will be able to raise their bills for the next five years, including the beleaguered provider Thames Water. In the summer Ofwat said it would allow for a 21% rise, while the water companies have since asked for a 41% rise.
