School heads and leaders in Terego are furious with Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) for indicating that the district had no learners who sat for the Uganda Advanced Examinations last year. They say this discrepancy is affecting the allocation of slots on the district's quota system as their learners are regarded to be under the neighboring Arua district.
