With Aung San Suu Kyi in jail, a new generation drives Myanmar’s resistance: Analyst
It has been three years since Myanmar’s military seized power in a coup and threw many democratically-elected lawmakers in prison, including beloved democracy icon Aung San Suu Kyi. But her absence has given rise to other factions, particularly ethnic minority groups, to front the resistance movement.
