With days to Martyrs Day - St Balikuddembe Catholic cornerstone under threat of eviction

With days left to 3rd June the Uganda Martyrs Day celebration, we look back into the history of the martyrdom of Joseph Mukasa Balikuddembe. St Joseph Mukasa Balikuddembe, a patron for the Chiefs and politicians was killed on November 15, 1885 at the age of 25 under the command of the then king of Buganda, Mwanga Mukabya II.
