Women inclusion in religious leadership - Government requested to include women empowerment lessons

Women in religious Institutions have called up on government to include women empowering lessons in the curriculum right from kindergarten in order to overcome the challenge of rigidity of mindset change that keeps women lagging behind especially in religious institutions This was revealed by Patience Namamya a representative from the Ministry of gender during the national dialogue on religious freedoms and women’s participation in key leadership positions in religious institutions organized by JISRA Uganda
