Women investments - Uganda registering increased women investors fostered by technology

Uganda's financial sector is making remarkable strides in promoting inclusion, with an increasing number of women engaging in diverse investment initiatives powered by mobile technology.  The Women Investment Breakfast, a standout event during this year's World Investor Week organized by the Uganda Securities Exchange and the Capital Markets Authority, brought together numerous working-class women in Kampala.  They shared valuable insights on how to deepen their penetration into Uganda’s investment landscape by leveraging new technologies.
