A Randstad survey of almost 760 respondents aged between 18 and 67 has found work flexibility -- in terms of hours and location -- to be a critical deciding factor for jobseekers in Singapore. It found that two in five would not accept a job that is too inflexible. Some 95% placed work-life balance at a higher priority than pay, in terms of importance of current and future jobs. Firms that aren't going green or improving diversity and inclusivity may also find it difficult to attract millennials and Gen Zs. Ms Archana Srinivasan from the Institute for Human Resource Professionals discussed the findings.
