Work from home debate sweeping the nation

The Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Jessica Tingley joins Sky News Australia to discuss the NSW government’s plan for public servants to make a return to the office. “What we’re starting to see is employers and employees having discussions about flexibility and what suits them,” Ms Tingley said. “I think more of a hybrid model tends to be more of the norm, so it might be working one day a week from home or three days in the office.”
