Work On Underwater Sculpture Park To Begin After Announcement Of Winner Of Storyboard Competition

The winners of the Underwater Sculpture Park National Storyboard Competition were announced on Tuesday. The competition, which will inform the design of the underwater park, was won by Sheree Emmanuel. Feasibility studies are underway to assess coastal conditions and to finalize the location of the park.
