World Creativity & innovations’ Day - Government pledges to support Art & Culture industry

The government of Uganda has re-committed itself to setting up an enabling atmosphere for Art and Culture industry in Uganda whose positive impact to the economy has been felt over the years.  This has been acknowledged by State minister for Youth and children affairs, Balaam Barugahara Ateenyi, while presiding over this year's World Creativity and innovation celebrations in Kampala.
