World Habitat Day - Minister Namuganza emphasizes plans for gov’t on people living in slums

At a press conference held at the Media Center in Kampala, State Minister for Housing Pasis Namuganza announced that Uganda's celebrations of World Habitat Day will take place on the 7th of this month in Kamwokya, under the theme "Engaging Youth to Create a Better Urban Future." The main global event will be held in the United States.
