YES certification to be regionally recognised

Graduates of the Youth Entrepreneurship Scheme’s (YES) programme will soon receive University of the West Indies certification. This was revealed as eighty-seven graduates from four cohorts completed the YES development training programme.  Rachelle Agard has that story.
