Youth encouraged to join cadets

A Government Minister is stressing the important role that cadetting has played over the years in shaping many boys and girls into becoming upstanding citizens in many fields of endeavour, including law enforcement officers. Minister of Home Affairs, Information and Public Affairs Wilfred Abrahams, made the point while encouraging the organisation to do more. He was addressing Cadet leaders from across the Caribbean.
