Youth learn valuable cooking skills

Sixteen children between the ages of 8-16 have graduated from the annual Cook Caribbean Cooking Summer Camp. The camp, which in its fifth year was held between July and September 2023, saw children conquering different cooking challenges including menu writing. Director and Executive Chef at Cook Caribbean Adrian Cumberbatch says that while the challenges are part of the camp, the main aim is to allow the children to learn basic cooking skills. He also expressed his appreciation and pride for the group that graduated.
