Zimbabwe government gives cash to buy food

The Zimbabwe government says it's started distributing cash to almost two million hungry city dwellers to buy food. The government revealed last month that a total of 7.7 million people in both urban and rural areas are facing starvation due to the El Nino weather pattern in Southern Africa.
