In Hollywood, Scott Marshall tells the I-Team he’s been moved several times. In West Hills, neighbors also complained about homeless RVs parked in their area, but the unhoused were told to move there. In response to the shuffling of unhoused people, LA Mayor Karen Bass says the solution is more housing with 4,000 new units becoming available next year.
