Count of Vancouver's homeless population gets underway

Hundreds of volunteers across Greater Vancouver are carrying out this year's point-in-time homeless count on Tuesday. It was last done two years ago. As Rafferty Baker reports, that count showed a big jump in people experiencing homelessness in the region.
