WATCH: Supporters of former President Rodrigo Duterte rallied outside the Villamor Air Base in Pasay where the former leader is being held on Tuesday, March 11, after he was arrested at the request of the International Criminal Court (ICC). Authorities scaled up security with dozens of police guarding the Villamor Air Base where Duterte's supporters had gathered and chanted slogans. Duterte was served an Interpol arrest warrant on his arrival at NAIA Terminal 3 and was in custody, Malacañang confirmed on Tuesday.
